Privacy Policy
Syntronix Digital ("we", "us") runs performance advertising campaigns for advertisers and pays publishers for the leads, installs and sales they send. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form we collect:
- your name, email address and mobile number;
- your company name, if you give it;
- whether you are an advertiser or a publisher, your monthly budget or traffic range, and your message;
- a record of your consent: the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, your IP address and your browser's user-agent.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, date and time, browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a campaign or publisher partnership.
- To contact you about our services by phone call, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp and email, as you agreed when you ticked the consent box.
- To keep proof of your consent, as the law and our messaging providers require.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
Calls, messages and Do Not Disturb
By ticking the consent box you give us explicit consent to contact you about your enquiry, including on a number registered on the National Customer Preference Register (DND/NCPR), in line with TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018. We send promotional SMS only through registered headers and approved templates on the DLT platform.
To stop messages at any time: reply STOP to any SMS, RCS or WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to [email protected]. We act on opt-out requests within 24 hours. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages you need about an active campaign or payout.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who host our website and deliver our calls, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp and email, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not pass an advertiser's details to publishers, or a publisher's details to advertisers, without asking first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, then delete them. Consent records are kept as long as the data they relate to. Server access logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it. You can also nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act. Write to [email protected] from the email address you used with us. We reply within 30 days.
Grievances
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected] with "Grievance" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
This site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on our own server outside the public web folder, readable only by authorised staff.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again.
